| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Library applies for E-Rate grant funding each fiscal year. E-Rate funds provide a 40% discount on voice, and 80% discount on data line expenditures. Requesting that the BOCC give permission for the Library Director to apply for the 2016-17 grant, and after reviewing this initial grant form, be given permission to file the remaining 4 forms. The four remaining forms all verify the original document submission. No matching funds are required.
