| | | | | | | | | Background: | | On September 26, 2016, the Board approve the Five Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for fiscal years 2016/2017-2020/2021. In compliance with adopted Financial Policies-Capital Improvement Policy 5.8, which provides for update to the annual adopted CIP, Departments have submitted changes to adopted projects and new projects for Board consideration. Requests before Nassau Amelia Utilities (NAU) total $3,576,251 and $2,716,251 after NAU (propose to remove 2 NAU projects). Estimated funding available is $7.9 million for non-NAU requests. | | Request: | | Discuss/consider changes to the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) adopted Sept. 26, 2016; and set a public hearing date for March 27, 2017 to consider a Resolution adopting the Mid Year Five Year Capital Improvement Plan FY 2016/2017-2020/2021. | | Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens: | | as noted on attachments | | Action Requested and Recommendation: | 1.
