| | | | | | | | | Background: | | This site is proposed to be the new office (3,000 sf max.) of the UF/IFAS Nassau County Cooperative Extension Service. The property is comprised of 8.65 acres. The property is currently owned by the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners. It was conveyed to the County in 2003 along with the right-of-way for the re-alignment of Miner Road as part of a 1999 development agreement with YPC, Inc. It currently contains a pond used for stormwater management.
