| | | | | | | | Background: | At the October 10, 2016 meeting, the Board authorized the submission of a grant application to St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) for the REDI Community & Innovative Projects Cost-Share Program for the Thomas Creek Restoration project, Phase 8. At the December 13, 2016 SJRWMD Board meeting, the Governing Board selected the Thomas Creek Restoration Project Phase 8 for cost share funding. Attached is the cost sharing agreement with the St. Johns River Water Management District for $500,000, which is 100% of the construction amount of the project.
