Item Title:Acceptance of Deeds for Additional Right of Way on Quattlefield Lane

Background:

As part of the Quattlefield subdivision, Quattlefield Road has been improved and paved.  In order to facilitate these improvements, it was necessary to obtain additional right of way for Quattlefield Lane.  Attached are deeds for property on the north side of Quattlefield Lane.

 

Staff recommends that the Board authorize the acceptance of this property and allow the deeds to be recorded in the Public Records of Nassau County subject to the County Attorney receiving an appropriate Title Opinion.
