| | | | | | | | | Background: | At the February 27, 2017 Board of County Commissioners meeting, the Board scheduled a public hearing for consideration of a Public/Private Partnership Agreement for the construction of 720 feet of road that will be an extension of Courtney Isles Way to Gene Lasserre Boulevard.
The Engineering Services Department prepared an Opinion of Probable Cost. The Opinion of Probable Cost is $376,200 (rounded). Based on previous bids received by Nassau County, we have noticed that the smaller the construction job, the higher the unit prices tend to be. This observation is reflected in the Probable Cost prepared by the Engineering Department.
