Background:
SilverTech provides support services for the TDC's existing website created by SilverTech giving the TDC one source for all of their website enhancements and technical services.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3256 with SilverTech Inc. for Website Services for Assessing and Optimizing Website Performance on the Tourist Development Council's website.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
SilverTech Inc is the creator of and provides support for the TDC's website which is used to encourage tourist traffic to the area therefore creating future revenue.  Funding is provided in the Tourist Development Council's budget.
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3256 with SilverTech Inc. for Website Services for Assessing and Optimizing Website Performance on the Tourist Development Council's website.
