| | | | | | | | | Background: | JEA has requested Nassau County to approve a Memorandum of Understanding for the design and construction of the Chester Road and Pages Dairy Road Intersection improvements project for the water main work, Contract No.CM3265.
The Memorandum of Understanding requires Nassau County to amend the Chester Road- Pages Dairy Intersection Improvement design contract with Connelly & Wicker (CM2371-A10) and include the water main design work. JEA will be responsible for all design costs associated with the incorporation of the water main design.
JEA and Nassau County will each have their own contract for CEI Services and Construction, which will include each agency being responsible for its respective costs for services and equipment.
