Item Title:GFL Environmental Solid Waste Haulers Permit Application

Background:
County Ordinance 96-12 requires Solid Waste Haulers doing business in Nassau County to obtain a Solid Waste Haulers Permit every five years. GFL Environmental has submitted a Solid Waste Haulers Permit package along with required $500 fee and required backup documentation. 
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Solid Waste Haulers Permit for GFL Environmental. 
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
In order for vendors to provide solid waste services in Nassau County, per Ordinance 96-12, a permit is required.  Additional vendors provide residents more options in the removal of solid waste services.
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Solid Waste Haulers Permit for GFL Environmental.
