Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
The Wellness Fund is comprised of funds provided by insurance companies to the County as an incentive to promote employee physical and mental wellness.  Programs are created by the Bailey Group and Human Resources to include all employees promoting overall wellbeing with the intent of reducing insurance claims, and lowering annual premiums.  Lower annual premiums can reduce demand on ad valorem tax dollars.
