| | | | | | | | Background: | In order to provide efficient and effective services between governmental agencies, Nassau County has provided Animal Control Services to the Town of Callahan through an Interlocal Agreement. For Board consideration is an Interlocal Agreement for continued Animal Control Services with the Town of Callahan for a period of three (3) years at an initial annual cost of $14,934. Over the three year contract, an automatic escalator of 5% applies.
