| | | | | | | | | Background: | Six proposals for Design Engineering Services were received in response to RFQ NC22-019 for the Reconstruction and Resurfacing Improvements to the Southern Portion of CR 121. The evaluation committee met on November 2, 2022, for the purpose of scoring and ranking the proposals for the project’s Engineering Design Services. Each firm was evaluated by the individual evaluation committee member and then collectively scored and ranked by the full committee. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. was the highest-ranking firm, and it is recommended the Board of County Commissioners approve staff to negotiate a contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for Engineering Design Services of the southern portion of CR 121 Reconstruction and Resurfacing Improvements.

These funds are reimbursable to the County from FDOT. |
