| Highway 55 Restaurant chain is purchasing an outparcel in the Shoppes at Amelia Concourse (The Home Depot) shopping center to construct a fast food restaurant with drive-thru. The DRC committee heads had approved the original site plan on 11/1/22, however, The Home Depot requested there be two additional parking spaces provided for the restaurant. A large terminal landscape island was modified to accommodate these two additional parking spaces. The location of the modification has been clouded on the site plan. |
