Background:
Cushing Creek Estates is a 49-lot subdivision platted and amended in 1998 by Plat Book 6, pages 92-94. Lot #23 is a large parcel of over 100,000 gross acres with wetlands, a portion of which is in the A flood zone.  The applicant wishes to divide this into 5 lots of varying sizes.  Because this plat was recorded after July 28, 1997, per Chapter 29, Section 29-47 (a) (4), the applicants will need the written permission of all the lot owners in the subdivision in order to increase the number of lots in the subdivision.
