Background:

FD22-006 is the proposed Final Development Plan (FDP) for the Breakers RV Resort. The property was rezoned from Residential Single Family 2 (RS-2) to Commercial General (CG) on February 28, 2022, through Ordinance No. 2022-005 for the development of an RV Park. The proposed site plan includes 19 RV spaces, a bathhouse, and on-site management space with associated infrastructure on approximately 1.41 acres.

 

The Planning & Zoning Board recommended denial of the FDP with an 8-0 vote.

Request:
Consider FD22-006, the Final Development Plan (FDP) for the Breakers travel trailer park and campground, aka Breakers RV Resort. Application filed by Intact Construction Management Group LLC, Owner, Gillette & Associates, Inc., Agent. District 1.
