| | | | | | | | | Background: | The County has two firms under continuing service contract for construction engineering inspection. England, Thims & Miller and CDM Smith are the current firms under contract. The County is interested in obtaining a third firm for continuing services for construction engineering inspection.
Request for Qualifications NC21-024 was advertised in June 2021 with proposals due on June 24, 2021 for the purpose of contracting with one additional Construction Engineering Inspection firm. In response to the RFQ six proposals were received. The evaluation committee met on August 2, 2021 to evaluate, score, and rank the proposals. The results of the ranking are as follows:
