Item Title:Consider an Ordinance Amending Chapter 18 1/2, Article VI, Mobile Food Vending

Background:
On October 8, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance 2018-31, Amending Chapter 18 1/2, Article VI, Mobile Food Vending.  In July 2020, the Florida Legislature enacted legislation preempting to the State of Florida the regulation of mobile food dispensing vehicles in regard to licenses, registrations, permits and fees.  It is necessary to hold a Public Hearing to consider amending Article VI, Section 18 1/2-100 in order to reflect the recent legislative changes.

Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
As the State of Florida has recently updated legislation on mobile food vending vehicles, the County must amend its current Ordinance to comply with changes.
