| | | | | | | | | Background: | In December 2022 the Board of County Commissioners advertised a solicitation for qualified Appraisers to provide Land Appraisal Services, on an as-needed basis. The Board of County Commissioners received four vendor responses.
On February 28, 2023, the Evaluation Committee ranked the firms for the Request for Qualifications NC22-045 – Land Appraisal Services in the following order:
#1 Ranked: CBRE, Inc.
#2 Ranked: Colliers International Holdings (USA), Inc.
#3 Ranked: Red Oak Appraisal Company
#4 Ranked: Lovett Valuation, LLC
The responses were shortlisted to the top-ranked three firms.
#1 Ranked: CBRE, Inc.,
#2 Ranked: Colliers International Holdings (USA), Inc.
#3 Ranked: Red Oak Appraisal Company
Staff recommends a Continuing Contract for Professional Land Appraisal Services be awarded to Colliers International Holdings (USA). Additional contracts with the remaining two vendors will be brought to the BOCC for consideration at a future meeting date.
