| | | | | | | | | Background: | On January 05, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners advertised a solicitation for qualified professional companies/firms to provide Professional Geotechnical and Material Testing Services in Nassau County, Florida, on a continuing basis.
Eight vendor responses were received in response to RFQ NC23-016 Continuing Contract for Geotechnical and Material Testing Services. On March 15, 2023 the Evaluation Committee met to evaluate, score, and rank the proposal. The results of the ranking are as follows:

The Evaluation Committee recommends a Continuing Contract for Professional Geotechnical and Material Testing Services be awarded to Environmental and Geotechnical Specialists, Inc. Contract No. CM3472 with CSI Geo, Inc., was previously approved by the BOCC on October 23, 2023.
