Background:
The Hamlet at Wildlight plat consists of a portion of 31 acres of former timber land zoned PD-ENCPA with a Future Land Use of Multi-Use ENCPA .  This portion of the parcel is being developed into twenty six (26) lots ranging in size between approximately 2,100 square feet and 3,100 square feet. The application has been filed by Hamlet at WL, LLC, owner, and Emily S. Miller, agent.  The preliminary plat was approved on November 14, 2023.

Approval for the final plat for Hamlet at Wildlight, filed by Hamlet at Wildlight, LLC, owner, Emily S. Miller, agent for owner, to construct 26 residential lots, ranging in size from approximately 2,100 square feet to 3,100 square feet on a portion of a 31 acre parcel previously platted within the East Nassau Community Planning Area (ENCPA).

For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for Hamlet at Wildlight filed by Hamlet at WL, LLC, owner, and Emily S. Miler., agent for owner, to construct 26 residential lots on a portion of 31 acres. Staff recommends approval.
