Background:
The Wildlight Del Webb Phase 3 plat consists of 132.54 acres zoned PD-ENCPA with a Future Land Use of Multi-Use ENCPA.  The parcel is being developed into 74 villas and 216 single family homes ranging in size between 4,550.00 square feet  and 21,175.20 square feet. The application has been filed by Pulte Home Company LLC, owner, and David Williams, agent.  The preliminary plat was approved on November 7,  2023.

Approval for the final plat for Wildlight Del Webb Phase 3, filed by Pulte Home Company LLC, owner, David Williams, agent for owner, to construct 290 residential lots, ranging in size from approximately 4,550 square feet to 21,175 square feet on 132.54 acres within the East Nassau Community Planning Area (ENCPA).

Action Requested and Recommendation:

For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for Wildlight Del Webb Ph 3 filed by Pulte Home Company LLC, owner, and David Williams, agent for owner, to construct 74 Villas and 216 single family homes, on approximately 132.54 acres of land. Staff recommends approval.
