Background:
On November 27, 2023, Pond & Company Corporation was awarded Contract No. CM3501 for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services. The Facilities Maintenance Department has selected Pond & Company Corporation to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering services for the Goffinsville Boat Ramp Improvements-Task Order #1. Work Authorization CM3501-WA01 has been prepared requesting services to be provided by Pond & Company Corporation pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. The anticipated start date is within five (5) days of agreement execution with the completion date being eighteen (18) months from date of execution.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Contract No. CM3501-WA01 with Pond & Company Corporation, for Goffinsville Boat Ramp Improvements in the amount of $319,289.95.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
Utilizing this engineering firm, to design the appropriate repair of the boat ramp, will insure the longevity of use for the Goffinsville Boat Ramp.
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Contract No. CM3501-WA01 with Pond & Company Corporation, for Goffinsville Boat Ramp Improvements in the amount of $319,289.95.
