Item Title:Consider Resolution Accepting General Warranty Deed for Fire/EMS Station

Background:
The County Capital Improvements Element of the Employment Center DSAP – Wildlight (f/k/a ENCPA  Commerce Park or Center) Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) #2 required that a parcel be conveyed to the County for the construction and operation of a Nassau County Fire & Rescue station.  On February 14, 2022, Wildlight entered into the Fire Station Site Donation Agreement with Nassau County, Florida to provide for the donation of property to the County for the fire station.  On September 20, 2023, Wildlight conveyed the property to the County by General Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument Number 202345028711 in Official Records Book 2668, Page 855 (5 Pages) of the Official Records of Nassau County, Florida.  The Board of County Commissioners will need to adopt this Resolution to document its acceptance of the General Warranty Deed from Wildlight.
