| | | | | | | | | Background: | On November 16, 2023, the Conditional Use and Variance Board issued a denial of application CU2023-017, filed by Tyler Plaza West for an Conditional Use permit pursuant to Nassau County Land Development Code, Section 16.03(E), to allow for the sale of on-site or off-site consumption of beer and wine in the Commercial General (CG) zoning district. The subject parcel is located on the south side of SR200, between Meadowfiled Bluffs Road and Tyler Plaza.
Pursuant to Nassau County Land Development Code, Section 5.06 Tyler Plaza West, represented by Sodl & Ingram PLLC, filed a timely appeal of the Conditional Use and Variance Board's decision with the Clerk's office.
