Item Title:	Small County Coalition Reps & Liaison

Background:
Each County is requested to designate two County Commissioners and one Staff Liaison to the Small County Coalition's Board of Directors. The current County Commissioner Reps are Danny Leeper and Walter Boatright, however since Mr. Boatright is no longer in office, they are requesting a replacement for him. They have asked for Danny Leeper to remain as he serves as a member of their Coalitions Executive Committee. The current Staff Liasion is County Manager, Ted Selby.
Request:
Consider the following: 1) confirm reappointment of Danny Leeper as a Commissioner Representative on the Small County Coalition's Board of Directors; 2) appoint a second Commissioner Representative to replace Walter Boatright; and 3) appoint a Staff Liaison.
