| | | | | | | | | Background: | As part of the Crawford Road improvement project, staff was requested to determine if Transportation Impact Fees could be used for improvements. A Transportation Impact Fee Utilization report was prepared that determined the proposed improvements to Crawford Road are impact fee eligible. At this time, all County signatures have been obtained on the Financial Action Form (FAF) with the exception of the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners and the Clerk of Courts. This FAF will use the balance of Transportation Impact Fees in benefit District 505. | | Request: | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Financial Action Form for use of District 505 Transportation Impact Fees for the Crawford Road Improvements Project.
