Background:

At the March 27th meeting, the County Attorney provided a copy of Ordinance No. 2016-09 adopted Sept. 12, 2016 which eliminated the language that beach camping was only allowed for twenty-four hours and that campers must have a self contained sanitary waste disposal unit. He also provided a copy of the draft Ordinance that was given to them prior to the final Ordinance being adopted.

 

The Board made a motion to bring this topic back for discussion at the April 10th meeting. Copies of the draft Ordinance and final Ordinance No. 2016-09 are attached for informational purposes.
