Background:

Quattlefield Properties, LLC., through their agent McCranie & Associates, is seeking to subdivide approximately 5.12 acres into 9 single family lots, varying in size from 0.46 acres to 0.82 acres. These lots will be located on Amelia Island, on the south side of Quattlefield Lane.  The applicant has waived his right to a Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing.

Request:
For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for Quattlefield Lane, filed by Quattlefield Properties, LLC, owner, and McCranie & Associates, agent for owner, to construct nine (9) single family lots on approximately 5.12 acres. Property is zoned as Residential Single-Family 1 (RS-1) and is located on the western portion of Amelia Island between Manucy Road and Old Bluff Road, Amelia Island area. Staff recommends approval.

Police, fire, transportation, recreation, education and administrative impacts to be covered partially or wholly by impact fees/mobility fees/advalorem taxes.
