| | | | | | | | | Background: | At the March 15, 2017 meeting, the Board authorize the Board of County Commissioner’s Chairman to execute the Grant Agreement with St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) to fund phase 8 of Thomas Creek Restoration ($500,000) under the REDI Community & Innovative Projects Cost-Share Program. The Hayward construction Contract #CM2309 for the Thomas Creek Restoration Project - Phase 7 included a clause that additional phases could be added to the contract. Therefore, it is the recommendation that Phase 8 (5,540 LF of clearing and desnagging of Thomas Creek) be added to contract #CM2309. The Amendment has been signed by Hayward Construction Group.
