Item Title:NOPC17-001(19th Amendment to Summer Beach DRI)

Background:
This proposed change to the Summer Beach DRI Development Order and revision to the corresponding Map H would allow a mix of detached single-family and multi-family (incl. townhomes) residential uses to be constructed on Parcel N-1. No additional units would be added to the DRI, nor would any existing approved units within the DRI be re-allocated to Parcel N-1. The proposed amendment would expand the uses permitted to allow a single-family detached residential product to be constructed in this area.
Request:

Approve NOPC17-001, a Resolution constituting the nineteenth (19th) amendment to the Development Order for the Summer Beach Development of Regional Impact (DRI); specifically amending the Development Order to a previously approved Development of Regional Impact pursuant a Notification of a Proposed Change (NOPC) filed by Artisan Homes, LLC, and dated March 3, 2017; providing for Development of Single-Family detached residential units on Parcel N-1; finding that this change does not constitute  a substantial deviation fro the originally approved DRI Development Order, as amended; providing an effective date. (The Enclave at Summer Beach).
