Background:
At the April 10th meeting, the Board scheduled a public hearing for Monday, May 22nd at 6:00 p.m. to consider amendment to Ordinance No. 2004-58, known as the Animal Control Ordinance, to add restrictions regarding tethering of animals.  Attached is a draft of the Ordinance that will be considered at the May 22nd public hearing.
