Item Title:Speed Limit on Amelia Concourse

Background:

At the March 27th Board Meeting, Commissioner Edwards indicated that he has received several calls from constituents indicating that the current speed limit of 40mph on the Amelia Concourse is too low and that they would like to have it raised to 45-50mph.

 

This issue came up previously at a meeting in February 2016 and Scott Herring notified the Board at that time that a traffic study was done in February 2013. A copy of that traffic study is attached for informational purposes.
