| | | | | | | | Background: | On or about October 13, 2015, a Petition for Relief Pursuant to Section 70.51, Florida Statutes, was filed against Nassau County, Respondent, by Red Dirt Ridge, LLC, et al., Petitioners, alleging certain enforcement actions at issue were unreasonable and unfairly burden the use of the Subject Property, which Petitioners own, and is described as being in and around Red Dirt Ridge Trail, Double D Lane, Mustang Lane f/k/a Ford Flynn Road, R. Ranch Road, and Catfish Creek Lane. Several mediation sessions have been conducted with the parties, and with the assistance of the mediator and special magistrate, the parties have tentatively agreed on a proposed Mediated Settlement Agreement. The proposed Mediated Settlement Agreement pertains to Red Dirt Ridge Trail, R Ranch Road, Double D Lane, Catfish Creek Lane, and Mustang Lane, f/k/a Ford Flynn Road. only. Pursuant to Paragraph 22, the agreement shall not become effective or binding upon either party until approved by the Board of County Commissioners. | Request: | Consideration of the proposed Mediated Settlement Agreement, pursuant to Section 70.51, Florida Statutes, in the matter of Red Dirt Ridge, LLC, Albert L.
