| | | | | | | | | Background: | On February 13, 2017, the Board approved the recommendation to award the Request for Qualifications for Continuing Contract for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services, Bid No. NC16-029 and authorize contract negotiations with the top three (3) firms, CDM Smith, Inc., England-Thims & Miller, Inc., and WSP USA Inc. (formerly known as Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc.) The resulting contracts are attached for the Board consideration and approval.
Please note that as of May 2017, Parsons Brinckerhoff , Inc. has changed their corporate name to WSP USA Inc. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment of the Certificate of Incorporation is available for review in the Contracts Management Department.
