| | | | | | | | | Background: | On July 18, 2016 the County Manager, Ted Selby, signed the FY 16/17 Consolidated Small County Solid Waste Management Grant Application to be submitted to Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). On April 28, 2017 Solid Waste received the attached Grant Agreement from FDEP. The award amount to Nassau County for FY 16/17 is $90,909.00. This amount is the same as last budget years grant award. The Grant will be used to provide relief in the cost of leachate disposal from the West Nassau Closed Landfill.
