Item Title:Appointment to Code Enforcement Board

Background:

The Code Enforcement Board consists of seven (7) members and their appointments varies from one (1) year to three (3) years. Michael Spino  is resigning from his appointment effective June 2017, when his term expires (He does not wish to be re-appointed). Mr. Spino was originally appointed March 2014. Please see attached resignation email.

 

Commissioner Spicer spoke with Mimi Vitale who indicated she is willing to serve. Staff has requested that Ms. Vitale submit her resume for the file.

 

 

Note: There are no resumes on file at the County Manager's Office requesting appointment to this Board.

Consider appointment of Mimi Vitale as the District Four representative to the Code Enforcement Board for a three year term ending 2020.
