Background:

The Code Enforcement Board consists of seven (7) members and their appointment varies from one (1) to three (3) year terms. The term of Christine Connery (District 3) expires June 2017. The term of Sarah Bell (District 2) expires June 2017.

Ms. Connery was reappointed June 9, 2014 to the Code Enforcement Board and would like to be appointed for another three (3) year term that would expire June 2020.

Ms. Bell was reappointed June 9, 2014 to the Code Enforcement Board and would like to be appointed for another three (3) year term that would expire June 2020.

Request:
Consider reappointment of Sarah Bell as a District 2 representative and Christine Connery as a District 3 representative to the Code Enforcement Board for a three-year term ending 2020.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
Mileage reimbursement that was approved in the FY 2016/2017 Budget.
Action Requested and Recommendation:

Reappoint Ms. Christine Connery to represent District 3 and reappoint Ms. Sarah Bell to represent District 2

Requesting the BOCC:

 

To re-appoint Christine Connery to represent District 3 on the Code Enforcement Board for a three (3) year term expiring June 2020.

To re-appoint Sarah Bell to represent District 2 on the Code Enforcement Board for a three (3) year term expiring June 2020.
