Item Title:	Request for a survey and appraisal for a parcel of County owned property

Background:
Teco People Gas has approached the County regarding the use of an approximately 200' x 200' county-owned parcel of land for the installation of a meter station located off SR 200. Pursuant to Section 125.35, Florida Statutes, the Board must call for bids for the purchase of said property and may sell the property to the highest and best bidder. It will be necessary to obtain a survey and an appraisal for the property, and to follow the procedures to put the property out for bid. This land is currently under a Lease Agreement and it will also be necessary to amend the current Lease Agreement with the Tenant should the Board accept a bid. A copy of an aerial of the proposed site is attached.
Request:
Consider request to authorize county staff to obtain a survey for a portion of Parcel No. 38-2N-27-1270-000J-0000, obtain an appraisal and, once the appraisal is obtained, to go out for bid pursuant to Section 125.35, Florida Statutes.
