Background:

Due to a conflict with the boardroom schedule the July 11th and November 14th Planning and Zoning Board meetings  must either be canceled or rescheduled. Staff is seeking the Board's direction.

In lieu of 7-4-17, offer:  July 13, July 17, July 25 or July 26.   The PZB meeting is currently scheduled for 7-18-17.
I have PZB on the November schedule as being: November 7 and November 21 (holiday week).  so if changing, offer:  10-30-17, 10-31, 11-1, 11-15, 11-28, 11-29 or 11-30

Provide Staff with direction on whether it is the Board's pleasure to cancel the July 11th and November 14th Planning and Zoning Board meetings and provide no alternative date for the meeting or reschedule the referenced meetings to a date specific.
