| | | | | | | | | Background: | CPA17-003 is a series of text amendments that will bring the County into compliance with all requirements of Ch. 163, F.S. It includes the following:
- Add Policies to Coastal Management Element encouraging measures to reduce flood risks & participate in CRS (copied STM.04.06 from Public Facilities Element)
- Amend Policy RC.01.10 re: interlocal agreements for airport zoning (County is in full compliance)
- Add Policies to Future Land Use Element protecting ports & airports from encroachment (copied T.07.01 & 02 from Transportation Element)
- Add Policy to Future Land Use Element protecting fuel terminals
- Remove additional 25ft setback requirement from Policy FL.02.02
- Add new Policy with definitions for Neighborhood, Community & Regional Parks- will match Impact Fee Ord. (2016)
- Amend Policies FL.01.03, 04 &05 to match.
