Item Title:Florida Department of Transportation Amendment to Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement

Background:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has requested that Nassau County execute an amended Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement.  Nassau County has had an agreement with FDOT to help offset traffic signal maintenance costs since 2002.  The agreement and information from FDOT are attached.
Request:
Approve a Resolution authorizing the execution of the agreement with the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, for Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation; and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM2302-A2.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:

Beneficial.  Partially offsets costs by the County for Traffic Signal Maintenance.  


Action Requested and Recommendation:
