Background:

On June 12, 2017 the Board of County Commissioners approved to set a public hearing date of July 10, 2017 for the consideration of an Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, rescinding Ordinance No. 2012-07, which adopted the 2010 Florida Building Code with Amendments; Providing an Effective Date.

This is a house-keeping item rescinding the previously State of Florida adopted administrative section of the Florida Building Code.  

 

At the July 10th meeting, the Board continued the hearing to the July 24th meeting.

Request:

Continue consideration of an Ordinance Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, rescinding Ordinance No. 2012-07, which adopted the 2010 Florida Building Code with Amendments; providing an effective date.
