Each Commissioner received a letter from the Florida House of Representatives requesting the Board to adopt a Resolution urging to Florida Legislature to enact legislation that would make texting while driving a primary offense. Attached is a copy of the letter and a Resolution adopted by Miami-Dade County last year.
