| | | | | | | | | Background: | Public Works has received the attached Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement for the Construction and Management of Bike Path/Trail on Bailey & Simmons Road from Sports Complex to Fletcher Avenue. FDOT is agreeing to a maximum participation in the project in the amount of $1,151,085 which is $1,127,351 for construction and $23,734 for the management of CEI services. FDOT has assigned the CEI services to Eisman & Russo. Upon approval of the agreement, the construction will be added to the Capital Improvement Program.
