- Public Works has received the attached Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) Supplemental Agreement #2 for the resurfacing and widening of CR115 from Bypass Road to Henry Smith Road. FDOT is allocating an additional $3,500,000 to the currently allocated funds. This brings the total FDOT allocation to $8,999,026. These funds are intended to fund the design, construction and CEI of the project.
