| | | | | | | | | Background: | Nassau County has continually maintained a section south of the limits of Littleberry Lane for over 30 years. The southern portion, approximately 185 feet, was closed (fence and gated) off by the property owner. Staff needs to continue to maintain this section of property, in order for residents to the south to maintain access to their property. Staff retained Arc Surveying & Mapping Inc to prepare the attached maintenance map, Tab A. The map depicts the 32 feet Easement for Ingress and Egress known as Littleberry Lane.
