| | | | | | | | | Background: | | At the July 11, 2016 meeting, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance 2016-07 amending Purchasing Policy Ordinance 2009-09, as amended, waiving compliance with 2 C.F.R. 200.317-200.326 Procurement Standards through September 30, 2017. Federal Regulation 2 CFR 200.110 now extends waiver compliance through December 25, 2017.
In order to be compliant with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. 200.317-200.326, the county must document the waiver decision in their procurement policies. | | Request: | Consider an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2009-09, as amended, known as the Purchasing Policy for Nassau County, Florida; amending Section 9, Compliance with 2 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.)
