Staff received a request from the American Beach Property Owners Association (copy of request attached) to establish No Parking Zones on both sides of Burney Road from Ocean Boulevard to Gregg Street. The proposed No Parking Zones are shown on the attached maps. The No Parking Zones would be effective on holidays and weekends beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day.
If problems are noticed at other times of the year, staff can return to the Commission to expand the Parking Prohibition with the Commission’s approval.
