On September 7, 2017, the Sheriff's Office was notified by the DOJ that additional consideration will be provided to those local governments that cooperate with federal law enforcement to address illegal immigration. This must be submitted by September 29, 2017. | | Request: | Sheriff's Business - Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Certification Form as required for the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Grant.
