Item Title:Ballot on Demand Printers for SOE

Background:
In 2007, the Florida Legislature appropriated Help America Vote Act (HAVA) funds for Florida Supervisor of Elections to purchase Ballot-on-Demand (BOD) equipment. The four BOD printers (Okidata C9600HDN) that were purchased at that time are no longer needed by the Nassau County Supervisor of Elections. Two Florida Counties, Bradford and Marion, will be able to use these four printers as backup printers for their counties. The Deletion From Inventory forms are attached for the Chairman's approval.
Request:
Supervisor of Elections Business - Authorize the Chairman to sign four Deletion From Inventory Forms for Ballot-on-Demand Printers to be transferred to Marion and Bradford County.
